All of our wild game processing is done individually. What does this mean? Your deer is trimmed, packaged, ground, seasoned, and cooked separately from the next deer. This ensures you receive only your deer back – however, this process does add an extended amount of time to our day so please be patient as we are working diligently on getting your order right and completed as quickly as possible.
