Hand cut steaks at 3/4" thick are ran through our mechanical tenderizer once. Can be cooked similarly to standard beef cuts or it's sister cut "The Cubed Steak." Cubed steak is cross tenderized up to 4 times making it more ideal to hold breading for chicken-fried steaks.
