This highly prized cut is extremely tender and full of rich flavor. It is the most tender cut of beef comprised of a buttery texture. The filet is found on the back of a cow and is the small portion of the porterhouse or t-bone steaks. We leveled up this cut by wrapping a piece of our Wright's Bacon around each filet. These come 2 steaks per pack.
