1 lb. roll of all beef spicy summer sausage made with a mix of; black & red pepper, chili pepper, jalapeno, chipotle, habanero and red bell. This boasts a lot of spice but not overwhelming to eat by itself. If you find it a little too warm just add a cracker and a slice of cheddar cheese to balance it out.
