We took the flavoring of a old-world style mild German Sausage and took it out of the ring form, then stuffed it into our 32 mm collagen casing and linked it into our bratwursts. These come 5 quarter pound bratwursts per pack and did we mention that we added our favorite sauerkraut into the mixture!
